How it Works

Booking your session is easy. Viewing, approving and downloading your images is even easier!

When you visit our booking site, you'll find a quick process where we ask you to:

a. Provide your contact information.

b. Answer a few questions about the property.

We will follow up with a personalized quote detailing the work you've requested and associated costs. You will also receive a copy of our agreement to do the work. It provides you with the right to use these photos while selling your property.

Our Approach

01.

Book your session online

Select a date and time for us to capture images of the property. Complete the form, and we will follow-up with a quote and copy of our agreement. Both documents must be e-accepted and returned in order for us to perform the services.

02.

We'll take high-quality photos

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call us directly so we can discuss those concerns ahead of time. Otherwise, we'll meet at the property at the agreed upon date/time and we'll get to work capturing high-quality images of your property.

03.

Approve & pay for your photos

Once we complete the editing process and your images are ready (about 24 hours), you'll receive an email link to view them in your own "property gallery." From there, you can approve the watermarked images and use a credit card to fully pay for our services.

04.

Download your property photos

Once you have paid for the services, you will receive an auto-generated email with a link to download your images. You'll receive both high resolution images (for printing) and low resolution (quick loading) images for uploading to the MLS.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

This is my first photoshoot, how should I prepare?

Be sure to clear any cluttered areas around the property - and remove any personal items that might distract from images of the property itself.

How long does a photoshoot normally take?

Typically, for a residence with about 2000-2500 square feet of living space where we are only taking still images, you should allow for about 2 hours on-site. Add another hour for aerial (drone) photos and/or 3D scans of the property.

How many pictures will I receive?

The number of photos depends on the square footage of the property. Please visit the Pricing menu to verify the minimum number of photos you should expect to receive.

Are your drone pilots FAA Part 107 certified?

Yes - there will always be at least one person on-site who holds the FAA Part 107 drone pilot certification.

What if the property is in a "no-fly" zone?

When you book the session and provide the exact location of the property, we will verify any local flying restrictions. If we are unable to fly a drone at your location, we will let you know when we send you the official quote for the job.

How do I pay for services?

We accept all major credit cards. After you have viewed and approved the images, you'll see a link within the "property gallery" to add the gallery images to your cart. You can pay directly through that link.
